Our Mission New Life Christian Church is a church for all generations and races, connecting people relationally, to Jesus Christ and one another, in small groups, loving one another, for the threefold purpose of growing in Christ's likeness, demonstrating the kingdom of God, and making disciples. We shall bring the New Life of Christ to our community and our world through personal and practical Christianity, cooperating with other like-minded churches, and providing a place for prayer and planting churches.

We Believe The Kingdom Of God Is The Kingdom-Reign Of Jesus In The Hearts Of Those Who Belong To Him.
(As we yield to God's Spirit in obedience from the heart, Jesus will fill us with His Spirit, anoint us for service and miracles, signs and wonders will demonstrate the power of God's Kingdom which is among us.)

We Are A Generational Bible Church (Generations worshipping together as families, studying the Bible as God's Word within a larger Christian family. We will emphasize strong families and seek to assist in helping families become successful.)

We Meet Corporately And From House To House In Small Groups
(Pastoral care, one another ministries, training for ministry and leadership happen best in small groups where love knits hearts where love knits hearts and lives together.)

We Will Exalt Jesus Christ Regularly Through Personal And Corporate Worship
("Man's chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever." --the Westminster Shorter Catechism. Our goal is to have Spirit-led praise and worship which allows room for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.)

We Are Sent On A Mission From God
(Each person is called and gifted by God to extend the Kingdom-Reign of Jesus Christ to our world that all may know Him and become his disciples.)

We Are A Garden Of Prayer
(A place provided freely where believers can come and pray and will see prayer modeled and can learn more about prayer. "We will go forward on our knees".)

We Are Called As A Prophetic People.
(We believe each person have a prophetic calling and destiny in life. We should speak and live by God's Word and prophetic anointing.)

Our Goal Is To Teach, Model And Demonstrate Practical biblical Christianity. (This is contrasted with being religious but without effecting the way we live.)

Acts 13:2-3 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.

We Will By God's Grace Work In Unity With Other Churches That Exalt Jesus As Lord And Agree On God's Primary Purpose For Our City Of Anderson, Indiana.
(We must work together to reach our city for Christ, it is too large for any one church by itself...)

Acts 14:23 So when they had appointed elders in every church, and prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.

We Believe Evangelism And Discipleship Is At Its Best When Accompanied By Planting Home Groups And Churches.
(This is what the New Testament Apostles practiced and we will seek to plant home groups and churches here and abroad. To lead people to Christ and not provide a place of fellowship, teaching and discipleship is incomplete.)
